I scheduled an appointment with Quality Home Products and that's what I got, from the sales associate, Quincy, to the actual product itself. I was already interested in getting a water softener installed in my home, and Quincy was able to explain how the system worked, and answer any questions I had. With the water test, Quincy was able to demonstrate the differences between soft water and hard water, and differentiate between competitors. So, at the end of the science presentation ( the water test), I was sold. I'll be reaching out to Quality for other things for my home in the future.

We are still in the process of buying a water system however were blown away by the remarkable customer service from Parker. He was extremely thorough, personable, and did not hesitate to answer our numerous repetitive questions. Also wore a mask the entire session as we had a newborn in the house which we truly appreciate. Highly recommend!

I’ve been having an issue with my water quality for a while but never realized just how hard and polluted my water was until Khari Muhammad came by to perform a water test. Khari was friendly and very informative. She thoroughly explained every step of the testing process. She went over my financial options with me and helped me select the best option for my budget. I really enjoyed her visit and highly recommend you ask for her to conduct your next home evaluation. This is certainly not a cheap investment but Khari was the deciding factor for me when she showed me the potential ROI and cost savings of having a filtration system. My system is being installed the very next day and so far the technicians have continued the same level of professionalism. This has been a really smooth experience. We've had our RainSoft EC475 system for over 20 years now and Quality Home Products of Texas has provided excellent service over the years. Just recently our system started draining slowly so we called them out to check out. Turned out to some clogged particles that they cleaned out in quick time. Everything was done in an hour.
